    Description

If the connectivityStatus of a remote cluster is not RC_OK, say RC_DEGRADED, and all the nodes of the cluster see a clusterUUID mismatch error, then the connectivityStatus will remain RC_DEGRADED, which is probably not the case since the nodes were reachable from a network point of view since we were able to get the clusterUUID. This scenario can be misleading to the user who might be thinking that there is a possible network partition or a connectivity issue.

We might want to reset the state to RC_OK or perhaps introduce a new state for this scenario.
