      CBAS is not using the correct timestamp format as required by the event log spec:

      Exact date and time of the event in UTC iso-8601 format
      https://www.w3.org/TR/NOTE-datetime
      Specific format to be followed: YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss:SSSZ
