Major Description
As part of a refactor to clean up duplicate constants memcached_statistics_test started failing under the leak sanitizer.
The leak is from an "atexit-handler" installed, which the C++ runtime would install in order for some of the global clean-up.
The test tries to start up various daemon threads and functionality, but it does not explicitly shut it down as part of the test termination.
