[Examindor] [CBBS] Add testing for scheduled merging

    Description

      We don't currently have any testing for scheduled merges in Examinador or the CBBS unit tests, which would have caught MB-61076. We should add/modify Examinador to have such a test, and include it in part of the integration tests that run for CBBS patches.
