Ensure COPY TO KV works with Capella + Add scheme to connection string

• Ensure the COPY TO KV works correctly when connecting to a Capella instance.
  • Result: Confirmed it is working with Capella.
• Add the "couchbase(s)://" scheme when providing the connection string.
  • Result: After discussion, the scheme will not be added, the SDK will handled adding the correct scheme depending on the provided parameters.
