Need UNPIVOT support for SQL++ Core compliance

The forthcoming SQL++ Core includes PIVOT and UNPIVOT operations. This MB is for UNPIVOT, which "unnests" a JSON object in a fashion roughly similar to how UNNEST unnests an array. More details can be found in the newly completed SQL++ paper.
