[Examinador] Tests flaky due to docs not being persisted

    Description

      What is the problem?
      Every so often our examinador tests fail due to the docs not being persisted to disk (example). It's not clear why they are not persisted - we do exponential backoff ten times of up to 50s which feels like it should be plenty for the size of data we restore/import.
