    Description

      This ticket is to backport the changes pushed in MB-57032 and MB-60222, to neo for 7.2.5.

      Essentially, this change is for replacing the usage of `CURLOPT_HTTPPOST` with `CURLOPT_MIMEPOST` in the code to remove libcurl warnings about deprecation.
