Use CRC32 value as a page header for columnar cloud pages

Since a columnar file can contain holes, we need a way to verify a page is valid.

The reason for requiring a checksum is that in the middle of persisting a page (i.e., filling a hole), a halt could happen. In such a case, the page was not persisted entirely and should be considered invalid.
