The setup is a 7 node setup with 8 Core CPU, 12GB RAM and 1.8Tib of disk space.
Steps:
1. Deploy an 8.0.0-1598 in serverless mode and setup storage compute separation with a bucket in S3.

2. 1 node has data and analytics and 6 nodes only has analytics
3. Remove a node and rebalance it out.
4. Try adding the same node back
