Skip flushing mutation if buffer growth can lead to indexer panics

For array indices, it can happen that the array explosions come out to very large values and we request for memory which may be larger than the total addressable space (2^48).

To avoid panics in such situations, we should rather skip processing such mutation and report the document as skipped for this instance.
