Documentation needs update for online upgrade

    Description

      The online upgrade process in the documentation linked here mentions that we remove packages from the server and "rm -r /opt/couchbase".
      This is no longer an upgrade but is a fresh install of node. Essentially all the configuration we preserve during node leaving the cluster is deleted.
      We should change the documentation to perform an actual package upgrade instead or removal and addition.
