cbstats stat-timings not included in cbcollect_info

    Description

      The stat group was added in 7.1.0 as part of MB-49782 but it wasn't collected as part of a cbcollect.

      The stat group contains the duration of STAT commands broken down by stat group.

      Fix

      This has been fixed in 7.6.0, but I've opened this for tracking purposes, as the patch which fixed it was not linked to an MB.

      The first build of couchbase-server containing the fix is: couchbase-server-7.5.0-4318

      Workaround

      Run cbstats manually:

      cbstats <ARGS> stat-timings
