[TC][OBJCLI] Add a method that would empty S3 bucket version data

What's the issue?

Currently the DeleteDirectory method we have for deleting multiple objects in an S3 directory does not delete versions in a versioned bucket.

What's the fix?

Because we might still want to delete multiple objects in an S3 directory we should instead create a new method EmptyBucket which would delete everything including old object versions in the case that the bucket it versioned.
