Query time keyword to enable verbose logging at scan level

If indexer can enable logs at various debug levels per scan request we can debug the scan issues better.

Something like -
SELECT name FROM default WHERE name IS NOT NULL LOGLEVEL VERBOSE

Query and indexer and log extra information based on this LOGLEVEL.
