XDCR: High CPU utilization on destination nodes

      Description

      Regardless cluster configuration CPU utilization on destination nodes is too high during initial replication.
      Source cluster looks pretty idle at the same time.

        It didn't change in 2.1.0. For instance, average CPU utilization is 80-85 in bi-directional setups.

        We are working on MB-7960 which should reduce CPU usage at destination side.
