Show query statement in Plan Text output

The query execution plan provided by the Plan Text button in the query workbench is frequently used for debugging purposes by Support.

Typically, the output after clicking the Plan Text button is copied to a text file by a customer, then uploaded to Support for debugging, meaning we usually receive a text file that solely contains the Plan Text output.

This doesn't contain the query statement itself, meaning we often have to request that customers specify this manually. This is not reliably provided, which makes it difficult for Support to verify which query statement we are reviewing. Often when this is provided, its not clear which Plan Text output corresponds to which query, if a customer provides multiple outputs for comparing multiple queries. 

Adding the query statement to the Plan Text output itself would greatly simplify this for Support, as we wouldn't be dependent on customers manually specifying this in a clear concise way. This would help reduce back and forth communication when sharing Plan Text outputs.
