Refactor Recursive CTE

Refactoring aims to:
1) Reduce Memory Usage
     - reuse of slice wherever possible
     - reduce redundant call to json.Marshal() when forming keys for union/cycle-restrict 

2) dedup and cycle restrict logic in one pass instead of two.
