Description
Sync Gateway beryllium release needs access to RevNo on mutation and deletion events for compatibility with XDCR.
This should be easy to add since gocbcore.DcpMutation and gocbcore.DcpDeletion have this field already present. We need to read it from DataUpdateEx and DataDeleteEx, presumably on GocbcoreDCPExtras
