Description
Steps:
- Initialise a 2 node cluster running just the KV service
- A bucket named 'mybucket' was created with 512MB RAM quota per node. Total RAM across 2 nodes is 1GB
- Disk space in the data directory is pre-allocated to simulate a disk full scenario on both the nodes. fallocate is used for the purpose.
- Start loading docs into the bucket.
- It was observed that the RAM used shown in the UI is 5.94GB, when the RAM quota allocated for the bucket was 1GB
- memUsed metric in /pools/default/buckets/mybucket also shows a very similar value to what is shown in the UI. Content of /pools/default/buckets/mybucket is attached
