[CV][Examinador] FIx failing flushes

    Description

      In some test runs, flushes seem to leave 2 documents in the ._system._query collection around:

      cbo::00000000::_default._default
      		 
      cbo::00000000::_default._default(histogram)(meta().id)

      This is causing some tests to fail, sometimes subsequent tests since some tests are not independent:
