    Description

      As seen in the logs of MB-61978, most of the info log in node 001 is nothing but [WaitUntilReadyDiagnostic] and related messages:

      [WaitUntilReadyDiagnostic] 3110bdc7-7706-4740-b01d-efede02fa3a9 Waiting because global config load is in progress
      		 
      [WaitUntilReadyDiagnostic] dcf86650-9489-43e2-bf02-932c19c7ee15 Waiting because cluster config does not yet have config for bucket default3

      We need to significantly reduce those logs and completely eliminate anything not useful for debugging on our side.
