FTS queries failing with no pindexImplType

    Description

      Build: 

      7.6.2-3664

      Test: 

      -test tests/fts/cheshire-cat/test_fts_vector_search.yml -scope tests/fts/cheshire-cat/scope_fts_magma_vector_search.yml

      Steps involved in system test

      1. Load Vector Data
      2. Create fts Index
      3. Run knn queries and mutations
      4. Rebalance in out node 
      5. Wait for indexing to complete.
