[UI] Index's ingest status - ["active", "idle"] not always accurate

    Description

      The active idle label while indexing doesn't seem to always be accurate especially when we start to near completion.  The attached image is from a toy build Enterprise Edition 7.6.2 build 19116 where I am reindexing a 15M index (see red circle) and a 50M index at the same time - the fts indexing of the 15m is definitely not idle.

       

      A bit later we (Sun Jun  2 16:59:44 UTC 2024) we are at 1.35M but it still says "idle"
