no option to take whole cluster backup

no option to take whole cluster backup  with all 

currently : we can take backup of bucket data,index,query,eventing,analytics,fts , user rolles& creds (>7.6).
eg : cluster configuration , structure,size,type,RAM quota of all buckets, users and its roles and creds, XDCR maps,cluster settings, node services etc. and this backup is useful while performing restore and there we need to choose what settings we need to install and all as how we are doing for other services.
