[UI] XDCR Conflict Logging Feature

    Description

      XDCR has a feature that is currently under development, MB-58989, which is to log conflicts. A high-level design doc has been written and is linked in the MB-58989 ticket.

      Given this is a new feature with non-trivial usages, it will be essential that a UI component should go alongside this.

      This ticket is the high-level tracking ticket for the Server UI counterpart of XDCR. The customers that require this feature will start off by using this on-prem.
