Enhance request information

Add to request information (active & completed requests + metrics):

1. A field "ioTime" which is the total _SERVTIME figure.
2. A field "waitTime" which is the total _KERNTIME figure.
3. A field "sessionMemory" which is the MemorySession's allocated figure.
   1. Only when a quota is active
4. (To completed requests) A field "~analysis" with basic analysis of the log entry as text phrases to highlight possibly noteworthy aspects of the request's execution. (e.g. A high primary scan document count)
