Remove PiTR code from ns_server

    Description

      As part of fixing MB-62495 I discovered that ns_server keeps running "setFlushParameter" for pitr_enabled (most likely due to that I've removed all stats reported related to PiTR).

      ns_server needs to rip out all PiTR code to unblock MB-62495
