[Windows] : CPU utilization stat displayed with negative float values

Details

    Description

      Created a 2 node cluster on Windows with 1 kv node and 1 fts node.

      Further created a bucket and loaded documents onto it.

      The cpu stat for both the nodes are displayed as negative float values in the UI

      The same is seen on promtimer as well

       

      The /pools/default also displays a negative value
