[examinador] Flaky test due to bucket not ready for indexes

We currently have a test failing due to

Bucket does not exist or temporarily unavailable for creating new index. Please retry the operation at a later time

This happens when we:

• Drop a bucket
• Restore it
• Try to create a primary index on it

This is an expected error (see slack thread) so we should either retry or try to detect when the bucket is ready
