Additional KVStore level stats needed for Bhive

    Description

      Background:  A bhive instance will map to 8 KVStores. A magma instance with 1024 KVStores will store 128 bhive instances based on this scheme.

      Requirement:

      A bhive instance has to report storage level index statistics to GSI. We need some additional stats at KVStore level for this. Some of these stats have been added in https://review.couchbase.org/c/magma/+/211889 .

      A few additional stats are needed which I have documented it here.
