Fail creating external collection if prefix starts with "/"

    Description

      Creating an external collection on S3, Azure Blob and Google Cloud Storage where the prefix starts with a "/" (for example "my/data" vs "/my/data") will result in returning no files, so we should fail the creation of the collection early.

       

      This behavior does not apply to Azure Data Lake (still in developer preview)
