Add 'cbas' to cbcollect_info 'lsof' (+ more) command

Add "cbas" and any related program names to the list of "programs" we want the lsof (as well as /proc and other stats) result of. May also want to add java since it looks like some programs from analytics also appear to be "java" processes. It seems worth adding both so we have better coverage of open files especially as it regards to hitting the limit. It would be hard to debug what's using most of the limit without complete coverage from this cbcollect data.
