there is no flush options for scopes and collections

we are expecting flush option from gui/cli/rest api
from GUI 
> if we checked single/multiple scopes it should all the collections 
> if we checked more then one collection then it should flush that collections only.
> delete/drop the specific collections using n1ql require proper secondary indexes or primary least case. and they are not disappearing quickly , it is taking quite longer time.
from CLI
we need some binary or api call to achieve flush the selected objects at collection level and as well as scope level. so that we could not able to create indexes all other things which i mentioned above during delete the docs. as we know if collection have huge docs then it will give timeouts. we are excepting this feature in next release.
