Add SSL_OP_IGNORE_UNEXPECTED_EOF to reduce noise in memcached logs

memcached currently logs if a client just disconnect the socket without doing a clean shutdown. (we muted the operation in one of the couchbase versions for OpenSSL 1.1.1, but after OpenSSL 3.x it returns another error we now log)
