    Description

      steps to repro
      set up one node :
      use non default path for data , then create a sasl bucket with views.

      then add second node.
      rebalance fails with this error

      Rebalance exited with reason

      {buckets_cleanup_failed,['ns_1@10.118.13.37']}

      its not clear to me what we are doing here or why we are trying to run rm -rf on the existing node in the cluster

      diags attached.

      i tried even failing over or removing those nodes but rebalance fails right away.

      diags attached as well.

      this is potentially a c-blocker
