    Description

      MB-62968 shows that pipeline creation time has increased by atleast 11 seconds due to the need to fetch max_cas of all vbs for both local and target memcached, and then process it. It would be good to disable it by default for now and look at optimising it in the later releases.
      However, we will still have the live pipeline cas poisoning check enabled by default.
