Completed requests output gathered by cbcollect_info may be difficult to process

cbcollect_info uses the admin endpoint to gather completed_requests.  We've made "pretty" formatting optional to save on space but for some systems this can result in a very long single line file which common processing tools (e.g. jq) may struggle with.

We should compromise and when not "pretty" the admin endpoint should still try to not produce single over-long lines - for array results we should produce each array element on its own line.
