[CBM] cbbackupmgr remove doesn't have progress bar

    Description

      Currently, cbbackupmgr remove just outputs log lines indicating which backups have been deleted:

      Backup <backup-name1> deleted successfully from archive <archive-name> repository >repo-name<
      		 
      Backup <backup-name2> deleted successfully from archive <archive-name> repository >repo-name<
      		 
      ...

      This should be changed so remove uses a progress bar like other cbbackupmgr commands.
