[TC] Options to not use the node hostnames from cluster config

What's the issue?

Currently, when we create a `cbrest` client it first calls the cluster with the given node hostnames to get the cluster config and update the node hostnames with it. With the initiative on Capella to support bridging VPCs we want to use the hostnames provided and ignore what the cluster reports its hostnames to be.

What's the fix?

Add an option which would make the client creation skip overwriting the node hostnames with the cluster info. 

Upgrade the control plane version (AV).
