[FTS Windows] Doc processed count is 0 for Windows Cluster

The count of document processed for the index created is 0 after the index is created.

Steps followed:

1. Created a Windows Cluster with 2 nodes and a Linux Cluster with 2 nodes.
2. Loaded 10M documents into the Windows cluster
3. Started XDCR replication to the Linux cluster from Windows cluster
4. Created an index on Linux cluster and the document count is not zero. Copied the same index definition to the windows cluster
5. Index got created on Windows cluster but the number of documents processed for the given index is 0

Windows - ec2-54-91-21-128.compute-1.amazonaws.com:8091
Linux - ec2-54-165-170-242.compute-1.amazonaws.com:8091

Both the clusters are live. You can access it.

Attached are two screenshots of both the cluster. Index with doc count as zero is Windows Cluster and index with doc count more than zero is Linux cluster.
