XDCR - Parse HTTP Request's Form before logging the request

As part of the normal remote cluster reference creation flow (POST /pools/default/remoteClusters), we log the (redacted) HTTP Request. However, since the request is printed before calling ParseForm() on it, the contents show up as an empty map in the log.

Aim of this ticket is to parse the form before logging and also ensure that no sensitive data is printed without redaction from the same.
