Description
When debugging MB-63278 it was noted that a magma failure on the getDroppedCollections path resulted in no advanced logging.
This function constructs an error string https://src.couchbase.org/source/xref/7.2.5/kv_engine/engines/ep/src/kvstore/magma-kvstore/magma-kvstore.cc?r=3014b040#2343-2369
That string should of been logged when the failure occurred.
