Add GZIP support to UNCOMPRESS function

Currently UNCOMPRESS() will uncompress a base64 encoded string as a ZLIB compressed object, falling back to assuming it is not a compressed object if not in ZLIB format.  This improvement is to try GZIP as a fall back when not in ZLIB before assuming it isn't compressed.
