XDCR : Replicating 100k items from source to destination, replication halts with errors -error "db_not_found"

Setup

• Setup a unidirectional replication between 2 clusters(3:3 nodes)
• Load 100k items on source.
• expect 100k items replicated to destination.

Error:
Replication halts after replicating 68k items.

Seeing numerous CRASH reports on the source-logs

2 node has 49 k items.
