Fix check for htonll for cross compilation

Try not to use AC_RUN_IFELSE in the configure scripts because during cross compilation you might not be able to run the bits you're trying to compile. This test is just to see if the target platform contains the function, but we can't use the *symbol methods since it may be a macro...
