[windows] memcached crashed during data loading

    Description

      perhaps a duplicate

      1) 2 nodes rebalanced prior to bucket creation
      2) 3 buckets are created: default and 2 sasl buckets
      3) data loader threads are started for defaut and 1 of sasl buckets

      memcached crashed at some point, and both nodes are in pending state now

      logs are attached
