      steps:
      1. create ddoc with view
      2. remove view from ddoc
      3. publish empty ddoc ( it's better to disable buttons "Publish" and "Compact" in this case)

      result:
      ddoc is in "Production Views" tab but it is useless here in full. Even if you change ddoc in Development Views then publish ddoc will be
