[windows] A mistery node appeared during rebalance

    Description

      repro:
      1. Initially we have 3 nodes cluster, 5M items, 5 views
      2. add a node
      3. Rebalance is failed ( disk is full on 1 of the nodes)
      4. 4 nodes are shown
      5. failover just added node, and 1 more node
      6. start rebalance

      progress bar is showing 5 nodes(but actually we have 4) and rebalance progress RQ returns some "undefined" node:
