Docs for "remove server by cli" use failover

    Description

Removing a node is very different from failing over a node, and the two shouldn't be confused. The docs on the coucbhase-cli-removing-nodes.html page suggest using failover to remove a node. It should instead reference using rebalance command with --server-remove option. If mentioning how to fail over a node from CLI, that's fine but should not use the words "remove a node", instead should mention "fail over a node" and that it is meant to be used when a node is down or not functioning properly and a graceful remove is not possible, and that the replica nodes will immediately take over for its data. Failover leaves the cluster in an unbalanced state.

      Tim
